Buy the Halter Top sewing pattern from Puff and Pencil. This close-fitting top has a low-cut halter neckline with scarves that hang down at the front and back. Darts and seams provide shaping, and the top is fully lined with the same fabric as the outer. The bottom part of the top is cut on the bias so it drapes nicely around the body. The top closes with buttons and loops at the back, and with a hook and eye at the back of the neck.
